A little bit about me

With nearly three decades of experience in the field of taxation, Angela Ferguson’s journey began with training at one of the prestigious Big 4 firms. Over the course of her career, she dedicated a decade at EY, where she held the role of Director in their Manchester office. There, she successfully managed the Employment Tax and National Minimum Wage teams.

Experience

Angela’s expertise spans the entire spectrum of Employment Tax, with a particular focus on areas such as IR35/off-payroll working, National Minimum Wage compliance, and salary sacrifice schemes. In addition to her pivotal role in providing technical guidance and maintaining quality standards for the team’s core client services, Angela’s responsibilities extend to further developing our Employment Tax business, with a specific emphasis on serving clients in the Housing sectors. She also brings a wealth of experience from her engagements in the private sector.

Angela is not only recognised for her wealth of expertise but is also a sought-after presenter and contributor to articles on taxation-related topics.

Other Interests

In her leisure time, Angela’s passion for motorsport, especially Formula 1, keeps her engaged, and she unwinds through running with her local club in Nantwich, Cheshire.
